Welcome to ZINQO. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of www.zinqo.com.au and any purchases you make through it, including, where applicable, any in-person sales.

Please read these Terms carefully, alongside our Privacy Policy, before placing an order. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, "ZINQO", "we", "us" and "our" refer to this business.

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You will use the site only to make genuine enquiries or orders.
  • You will not place fraudulent or speculative orders.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete — missing or incorrect details may prevent us from processing your order.
  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

ZINQO sells its products exclusively through www.zinqo.com.au. We are not responsible for counterfeit products or third-party resales. If you're unsure whether a product is genuine, email us at help@zinqo.com.au.

Ordering is simple:

  1. Browse our products and choose what you'd like.
  2. Add it to your cart.
  3. Review your order, shipping costs and any promo codes, then check out.

A contract is not formed until we accept your order. You'll receive a confirmation email when you place an order — this confirms we've received it, not that it has been accepted. Your purchase is confirmed only when we send you a shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of typographical or technical errors, stock unavailability, age-verification failure, or suspected fraud.

To cancel or change an order (including the delivery address), email help@zinqo.com.au as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can't be modified, but you can still return it under our Returns & Exchanges policy.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Within Australia:

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over AUD 80.
  • Express shipping available at an additional cost.

International:

  • Delivery typically 6–10 business days, depending on destination.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll refund you via your original payment method or, if you prefer, offer store credit.

ZINQO may add or remove products from the website at any time.

We do our best to display our products accurately. Photographs are illustrative — colour and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown, due to screen settings and the natural variation of materials like wood.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout.

We accept payment by credit and debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. Orders affected by a payment error will not be processed or fulfilled.

We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers including Australia Post, DHL and UPS.

Occasionally delays happen for reasons outside our control. If there's a problem with your delivery, email help@zinqo.com.au and we'll help sort it out.

If you're not home, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave your parcel at a collection point.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • It must have been handled with reasonable care.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are handled online only. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective.

To start a return, email help@zinqo.com.au with your order number.

If your item arrives defective or develops a manufacturing fault, we'll make it right. For defective items, ZINQO covers shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.

Email help@zinqo.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue to get started.

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to their own specific conditions and time limits.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have a product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the ACL.

To the extent permitted by law, ZINQO's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, including lost profits.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — see section 13.

We stand behind ZINQO. Each game is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

This warranty is in addition to — and does not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on www.zinqo.com.au — including text, images, graphics, logos, game design and the ZINQO name and brand — is the property of ZINQO and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

We handle your personal information in accordance with Australian privacy law and our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use and protect your data.

ZINQO is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics or transport disruptions.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else.

If we don't enforce a right under these Terms on a particular occasion, that doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply in full.

ZINQO may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and changes take effect once posted.

We recommend reviewing this page before each purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
