We ship Australia-wide and to a growing list of international destinations. The shipping options and rates available to you are shown at checkout, based on your delivery address.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launch periods, sales or peak times, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always do our best to keep you updated.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. We dispatch using trusted carriers including Australia Post, DHL and UPS.

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over AUD 80. For orders under AUD 80, a standard shipping rate applies and is shown at checkout.
  • Express shipping: available at an additional cost, shown at checkout, for faster delivery.

Delivery times are estimates measured from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

We ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 6–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. International delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing in the destination country.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may be charged by the customs authority in your country when your parcel arrives.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these costs — if you're unsure, please check the import rules for your country before ordering.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or you have any concerns, contact us at help@zinqo.com.au and we'll look into it.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout — we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave your parcel at a nearby collection point.

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery date, please email us at help@zinqo.com.au.

Include your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you're looked after.
