Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return or exchange.

Conditions:

1. Item must be in original condition.
2. Reasonable care must be taken while in possession.
3. Returns for hygiene reasons (if applicable) may be refused.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Online returns only; in-store returns not applicable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
